Mickey is a software developer and music producer with nearly a decade of experience building software and leading collaborative projects. He's also a graduate of the National Outdoor Leadership School, where he completed a six-month backcountry leadership expedition. These diverse experiences—blending creativity, problem-solving, and people-first leadership—shape his approach as President of YPNG. He's dedicated to developing YPNG into an organization that's actively invested in the community and intentional about supporting people building their lives here—and has been building a custom website and membership platform to support that vision. Grounded in values of presence, kindness, and real human connection, Mickey is passionate about creating meaningful opportunities for members to engage, grow, and make a positive impact together.

When he's not crunching numbers or talking local economic strategy, you'll find him watching football or basketball, digging into the latest UFO news, or answering to his rapper name, B-Cool. Eric Okerlund is an artist, entrepreneur, and dedicated community organizer based in California’s Central Coast. He serves on the board of the Young Professionals Networking Group, where he leads efforts to strengthen community engagement through adult recreational sports, outdoor events, and meaningful connections among local professionals. Eric plays a key role in organizing YPNG's softball league and is passionate about creating inclusive spaces where people can build friendships. Drawing on an eclectic professional background that ranges from the golf industry to founding his own mechanical clock repair business, his leadership style blends logistical know-how, creativity, and a genuine warmth that brings people together. Whether on the field, planning a league season, or brainstorming the next community event, Eric brings energy, collaboration, and a strong sense of purpose to his work with YPNG.
